Innobake, an apparent acronym of the words “Innovative” and “Baking,” is a budding food service provider of prime bakery ingredients from around the world. Although Innobake was only formally introduced to the market in August of 2018, its inception was long in the making as an answer to a clamor from the hotel, restaurant, café and small bakery business owners and hobbyists for quality and top-notch bakery products to be available at commercial volumes.
Innobake is backed by a collective three decades of experience from its industrial parent company who has been getting inquiries and insistent requests from the food service industry, for years, for access to its numerous top-grade products. Although it did accommodate customers, it realized that the food service industry needed a different approach to service. The inception of Innobake was designed to address this concern.
Sourcing quality ingredients is easy enough but Innobake is committed to proving such quality to its customers beyond sales. Customers are given access to Innobake’s specially constructed test kitchen where they could conduct product ideation, testing, development and demonstration.
Innobake is joining expos and industry events focusing on the Bakery Fair by the Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association and The World Food Expo (WOFEX) where it showcases its full range of products in demos by its top partner pasty chefs.
